Can I cancel a workshop I am signed in for?

Sign into your account, and under 'My Bookings', select modify or cancel for the workshop you would like to opt out of.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for our Drop In workshops, and no refund policy for our 4 week courses.

Yoga mats and beverages will be provided by Yoga and Pints.

Our Vinyasa flow is fit for all yoga levels, and our instructor will be there to help and guide you every step of the way.

I don't drink. Is this environment suitable for me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This is a safe and accessible space for everyone. The mission of our workshop is to connect through conversation, not drinks. Non-alcoholic and soft drink options are available.

We do not recommend the service to anyone who has or are experiencing addiction symptoms. We will act with diligence to monitor and ensure a safe space for participants.

Is this service just for men?

Yes, this is an exclusive men's group, facilitated by men. 
We're here to create a relaxed, down-to-earth space where men can feel comfortable opening up and building real, meaningful connections.
